About Me

I am Florida born, New Jersey raised, Tennessee influenced and, currently, California dreaming. I studied Economics & Business at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and particularly nerded out over statistics and econometrics.

I started my career at General Electric’s coveted Financial Management Program, but left after a year uninspired but hungry to find work that I could love. I found that at Twitter in 2018, where I worked with smart and passionate people around the world before resigning in November 2022 after one of the most public corporate acquisitions in history. Shortly thereafter, I found a new home at Intuit supporting their Consumer Group.

Speaking of history, I survived a historically rare combination of blood disorder (HLH) and infection (Histoplasmosis) in early 2022 and became an infamous case at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. It’s damn good to be alive.

Here’s some long-form content related to my medical journey:

I’m currently a resident of San Diego, California where I live by the water with my dog Presley. On any given day, you can find me triathlon training, reading, meditating, hanging out with friends and taking good long walks with my dog Presley. Finance is my current avenue to learn as much as I can about technology, community and business, but I intend to leverage what I’ve learned through my work and play to build for the benefit of the human experience that I’m fortunate to still be a part of.
